Hetalia is a wonderful anime; actually. It revolves around the stereotypes that are given throughout the world. It's a satirical and humorous anime that has a goal centered upon the soul purpose of poking fun at stereotypes. I've watched it and still love myself.
It`s an anime... about STEREOTYPES. STEREOTYPES MADE BY PEOPLE. It`s not racist to make fun of stereotypes by making them into characters, is it?
